About the Role:

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized occupational therapy plans to address hand and upper extremity conditions.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, and educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Florida State License.
  • 1-2 years of Hand Therapist experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

  • Competitive salary range with shift differentials: Hourly Salary Range: Min: 32.62 Mid: 40.82 Max: 48.93; $3 shift diff.

Work Schedule:
