Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to provide high-quality patient care and medication administration services at our healthcare facility.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Ensure accurate and timely medication administration
  • Document medication administration in patient charts
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to update medication orders and ensure accurate administration
  • Maintain patient confidentiality


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Medication Aide
  • Previous experience in medication administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures


Salary and Benefits:

Starting from $20.50 per hour


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed


Education and Experience:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

2 years of experience as a Certified Medication Aide (Required)

2 years of experience in a rehabilitation center (Preferred)

Active CNA and CMA licenses


License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant and CNA (Required)
