Key Responsibilities:
Technical Guidance:
The Senior Process Engineer plays a pivotal role focused on processes, providing technical direction and hands-on assistance to guarantee the production of well-crafted, profitable components.
Strategic Development and Innovation:

Define and establish manufacturing methodologies for small batch custom materials and components.

Assess, implement, and support automated inspection systems and equipment.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and specifications.

Provide technical sales assistance and participate in resolving client concerns.

Team Development:
Supervise work, offer guidance, and support the professional growth of team members, including Engineering Technicians and junior Engineers.

Hands-on Production Assistance:

Technical Execution:
Deliver hands-on technical support on the manufacturing floor.

Collaborate with design and mechanical engineers to assist in designing, constructing, and implementing fixtures that support manufacturing processes.

Problem Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing challenges that affect quality or cost-effectiveness.

Documentation Management:
Ensure all process documentation is precise, current, and accessible.

Define and validate process routers, work instructions, and preventive maintenance protocols.

Quality Oversight:
Conduct on-site quality assessments and engage in problem-solving activities.

Qualifications - What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Proficiency in forming and finishing processes is advantageous
  • Strong foundation in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the semiconductor industry

Background in glass and/or polymer manufacturing

Experience in managing and developing technical teams

Proficiency in ERP systems
