  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including counting and verifying inventory, and arranging merchandise on shelves.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging merchandise to attract customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
