Parking Attendant

Kraft Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Parking Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless parking experience for event attendees at Gillette Stadium.
Key Responsibilities- Park event customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during, and subsequent to an event exit.
- Check out necessary equipment at the beginning of shift to perform key tasks.
- Assist customers by answering any questions they may have and providing clear instructions.
- Direct customers into designated parking areas in a timely and courteous manner.
- Enforce parking policies and regulations with customers.
- Control traffic in designated areas as needed.
- Report any incidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor.
- Communicate hazards and maintenance needs to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of Gillette Stadium.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively to customers and other employees.
- Ability to direct traffic using equipment provided.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work all mandatory full Stadium events.
- Ability to work in inclement weather.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days.
