Job Description

Arthur Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer drawings and specifications to ensure accurate parts production.
  • Operate and/or set up, and/or program CNC lathes and Mills with Fanuc G code or similar controls.
  • Inspect and learn over time to change and touch off tools and make set ups.
  • Run parts and perform quality checks.
  • Setup personnel will load programs, load tools, bore or indicate jaws, touch off tools, walk program through first piece approval and then run machines as needed.
  • Set up personnel will also run machines for production as needed.
  • Programmers will write, edit, and set up jobs at the machine.
  • Must have ability to read blueprints.
  • Must have ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
  • Must be able to work standing for entire shift.
  • Must have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
