Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Financial Analyst to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with financial compliance, check processing, and data entry.
This is a part-time, hourly position that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support accounts payable and monitor check processing
- Review and correct errors on a regular basis
- Monitor daily mail and email payment requests
- Maintain files of accounts payable information
- Perform other accounting-related duties as needed
Requirements:
- Working towards an A.S. degree (preferably at Passaic County Community College)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in Higher Education
- Ability to interpret and implement government regulations and guidelines
