You will also be entrusted with making observations and identifying changes in our clients' conditions. We will pair you with a client whose needs align with your skills and preferences, while also offering additional training as necessary to enhance or broaden your expertise.

Current Opportunities:

We are looking for empathetic CNAs, CHHAs, PCAs, and other qualified caregivers who take pride in delivering exceptional care to our clients and find fulfillment in building relationships with them. Each client is distinct, and this role involves engaging with client(s) in various capacities.

  • We have in-home shifts of different lengths available, typically ranging from two to twelve hours, though we occasionally offer shorter or longer shifts. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available. These roles are open to both certified and uncertified caregivers and require the ability to travel to clients' residences or have reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including transfers, mobility, hygiene, and meal support.
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
  • Keeping clients engaged with the community by facilitating phone calls, providing occasional transportation, and accompanying them to appointments, errands, and leisure activities.
  • Offering reminders for medication, physical therapy exercises, and other tasks as outlined in their care plan.
  • Monitoring vital signs, documenting daily activities, and promptly reporting any changes in health status.
