We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric Senior Banker to join our team at the Tidewater Financial Center in Stevensville, Maryland. As a Senior Banker, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover their personal banking needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deepen client relationships through platform services and support clients with self-service or transactional activities.
• Provide exceptional client care and proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and follow-up routines.
• Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
