As an LPN at Presbyterian Homes & Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, providing individualized care and support to meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for monitoring and providing clinical care, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

The LPN will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents
  • Monitoring and assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Providing education and support to residents and their families
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of excellence
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Current CPR certification
  • Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
  • Demonstrated compatibility with Presbyterian Homes & Services' mission and operating philosophies
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
