About the Role

As a Bartender at Solstice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with our experienced leadership team to ensure that every drink is crafted with precision and care, and that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and delighted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and feedback
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
