At Tenfold Senior Living, we strive to create a connected community where our residents feel valued and supported. As a server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and building a sense of belonging.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent dining services to all residents, ensuring a compassionate, friendly, and efficient experience in our three dining room venues.
  • Support and encourage your fellow Dining team members to achieve our shared goals.
  • Utilize our digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, requiring knowledge of our menu and daily specials.
  • Set and clear tables, wash table tops and condiment containers after every meal, and maintain a clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro.
  • Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 17 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Current CA food handlers card.
  • Interest in interacting with and relating to seniors.
  • Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution.
  • Ability to work 3:30pm - 7:30pm or 4:00pm - 7:30pm.
