Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Solutions Engineer to join our team at Charles Schwab. As an Endpoint Security Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint security solutions to protect our organization's assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement endpoint security solutions, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR), anti-malware, and data loss prevention (DLP) technologies.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure endpoints and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, including security teams, IT teams, and business leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to endpoint security solutions and processes.

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering with multiple security controls within multiple security domains.
  • At least 3 years focused on Endpoint Security Engineering.
  • At least 2 years' experience with handling workloads in an Agile environment utilizing SCRUM with Lean/MVP methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant information security industry recognized certification.
