Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Autism Center team. As a key member of our diagnostic evaluations team, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder, develop and implement group therapy programs, and provide direct services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder using various assessment methods, including clinical interviews, record reviews, and full psychological evaluations.
- Supervise doctoral interns and provide guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop and implement group therapy curriculums tailored to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Ensure treatment fidelity by monitoring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
- Maintain a small therapy caseload, providing direct services to clients as needed.
- Collaborate and consult with other members of the diagnostic evaluations team, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, developmental pediatricians, and family resource specialists.
- Participate in regular care coordination meetings to discuss client progress, goals, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice as appropriate.
- Missouri licensed clinical psychologist; PhD or PsyD required.
- Experience and skills in clinical treatment services within an outpatient setting, including client contact, documentation, quality assurance, and compliance required.
