**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the work of the mortgage servicing team and assist the AVP - Mortgage Servicing with procedures, compliance, and projects.
  • Oversee functional areas and provide supervision for Mortgage Loan Servicers, ensuring timely service delivery to members.
  • Provide coaching and operational assistance in areas as needed, prioritizing workflow and completing scheduling to meet service standards.
  • Supervise, educate, and coach crewmembers to attain goals and objectives, counseling as needed up to and including performance management.
  • Address member escalations, review mortgage surveys, and perform service recovery or crew recognition.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of regulations relating to Mortgage, Home Equity, and Investor Servicing requirements, researching and advising changes as necessary.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years' Mortgage Servicing experience preferred; 2 years' management experience is required.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
