Produce Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team at Niemann Foods. As a Produce Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized produce department.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Gain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on seasonal produce, uses, and tastes.
• Conduct quality assurance checks of the produce department to ensure high-quality products.
• Properly handle and rotate produce to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Work within company programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Promote and support established programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Perform day-to-day operational procedures to ensure stock levels, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Promote sales and drive customer loyalty through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Promote a safe working and shopping environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

The Produce Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and humid conditions, and moderate noise levels.
