Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care and support to those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face assessments and ongoing psychiatric visits with clients, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is clearly documented and easily accessible.
  • Provide education and support to client caregivers, empowering them to play an active role in their loved one's care.
  • Manage client medications, ensuring that all prescriptions are accurately dispensed and monitored.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • PMHNP license required.
  • Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
  • Outpatient and tele-psychiatry experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work with a variety of ages, including children and adolescents.
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
