Electromagnetic Interference Engineer

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of BSEE degree, Certified Tempest Professional, Level II, and 5+ years in EMI/EMC test experience. Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare test plans, controlling plans, and prepare test reports
• Perform and oversee EMI tests at DTB and at client facilities
• Perform EMI equipment and facility certifications

The ideal candidate will need:

• Certified Tempest Professional, Level II
• 5+ yrs. in EMI/EMC test experience
• Experience with TEMPEST specifications
• Hands-on experience with EMI test instrumentation, NSTISSAM, NACSEM 5112, AMSG
• MUST have a strong understanding of the EMI/EMC Tiles software program
• MUST be able to write the necessary programs to support the department's workload
• Must have knowledge to Quote EMI/EMC test programs, full knowledge of MIL-STD-461 and DO-160
• US Citizenship and current US government security clearance is required
