Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department at our properties. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate the cleaning processes for guest accommodations, public spaces, and service areas.
  • Delegate tasks to staff and ensure adherence to established cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor inventory and manage supplies for the housekeeping department.
  • Safeguard all keys related to housekeeping and guest access.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues promptly.
  • Engage with guests to address inquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the housekeeping sector.
  • At least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
