Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with two experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to inpatient palliative care.
  • Engage in geriatric medicine and transitional care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health.
  • Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient patient management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fellowship training in Palliative Care.
  • Experience in supervising APPs and working within a collaborative healthcare environment.
