Bartender Job Description

At Caesars Entertainment, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Linq. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow bartenders and other team members as needed.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of prior bartending experience.
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly.
  • Visual ability needed to accurately measure ingredients for mixing drinks.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment involving constant public interaction.
