About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join our team at StoneSprings Hospital Center in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine examinations and procedures specific to orthopaedic function and musculoskeletal disease
  • Performing hospital-based spine procedures and surgery
  • Creating and managing patient treatment plans
  • Observing patient outcomes and recommending changes to the treatment plan as necessary
  • Documenting all aspects of the patient experience via EMR
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatment
  • Adhering to medical state medical board guidelines, laws, and restrictions
  • Collaborating and supervising the PA's
