Renal Care Specialist

DaVita is a clinical leader in patient care, and we're seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Renal Care Specialist at DaVita, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients with chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting. Your role involves delivering specialty nephrology treatments, administering dialysis, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:- Deliver high-quality patient care through the administration of dialysis and other renal therapies.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Our ideal candidate has a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg also preferred.
