We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at a film manufacturing plant in Rochester, NY. As a Security Guard with Allied Universal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the community. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to incidents, and conducting regular patrols around the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, using your problem-solving skills to de-escalate issues.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to ensure the security and integrity of the facility.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
  • You will undergo a thorough background investigation and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
