  • Participate in team meetings and conferences to discuss patient care plans and share best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • Current Michigan OT license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
  • Comfortable with using technology for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
