Job Title: Medical Assistant-ClinicalJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant-Clinical to join our team at Renue Plastic Surgery. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced office environment, assisting physicians with consultations and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with consultations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Prepare patient charts, medical history, and treatment plans, accurately documenting relevant information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Take photos of patients for physician review, and accompany physicians during meetings with patients.
  • Prepare for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, review patient health history and medications, and take vital signs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel welcome and at-ease throughout their visit.
  • Follow up on diagnostic testing results and surgical/medical clearances, and communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including medical forms, work notes, and orders for treatment and diagnostic testing.
  • Ensure exam procedure rooms and procedure rooms are equipped with necessary equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant experience and credentials preferred.
  • BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-focused with exceptional customer service skills.
