As a full-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while also supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Coordinate care delivery to meet the needs of residents in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing, including experience working with dementia populations
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
