About the Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
