The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for:

You will also be expected to:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 6 years in marketing and communications roles, with a proven track record of success in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate partners to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in crisis communications, media relations, and PR.
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and marketing automation software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results under time constraints and pressure.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage.
  • Training and Travel willingness.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
  • Skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard).
