Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology or in the treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment utilized within the department, including MRI machines
  • Develop and organize films for presentation to the radiologist
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow co-workers, other departments, and Medical Staff
  • Work under the supervision of the Imaging Supervisor
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification within 60 months of employment start date
  • Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree
