Job Description:

JobRialto is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to deliver high-quality patient care in a medical surgical setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional efficiency, a strong knowledge of nursing procedures, and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate patient care through effective communication and collaboration with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Provide treatment and care to ill, injured, and recovering patients.
  • Assess patient conditions, administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs while maintaining accurate records.
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management strategies.
  • Develop and coordinate individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to established policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Work independently under supervision to implement care goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments of patients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support patient care.
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and their families.
License/Certification:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid nursing license.
Work Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical nursing setting is required.
