**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - RN
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maple Glen Center in Fair Lawn, NJ. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
* Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
