Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 DOE + Bonus and Benefits

Work Arrangement: On-site (Various Locations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate comprehensive estimates for concrete projects, considering all pertinent factors.
  • Work closely with project leaders and team members to guarantee accurate project scheduling.
  • Examine project documentation and specifications to fully grasp project needs.
  • Apply industry knowledge and best practices to create competitive and precise bids.
  • Engage effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, pricing, and material availability to guide the estimating process.
  • Provide mentorship and assistance to junior estimators as required.
  • Assess and refine estimating procedures to continuously enhance efficiency and precision.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in structural concrete estimation, particularly in commercial projects.
  • Expertise in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar applications.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
