Powder Coater Technician

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing workpieces and components for powder coating, hanging and removing components according to specifications, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare workpieces and components for powder coating
* Hang and remove components according to specifications and adjust machine parameters
* Clean parts and workpieces
* Conduct visual and quality inspections of coated components using common measuring tools
* Implement measures for safe transport
* Provide coated components at the pick-up station
* Comply with and implement 5S

Requirements:

* Experience in process mechanics is desirable
* Crane operator license is advantageous
* Willingness to work in shifts
* Independent and responsible work ethic
* Strong communication skills
