The anticipated salary range for this position is between $105,300 and $117,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within a designated workweek at our facilities. During the execution phase, you will ensure compliance with technical specifications and plant procedures. You will lead the implementation of the workweek schedule during its execution, collaborating across all organizational boundaries with various departments and designated managers to resolve conflicts that may impede schedule adherence. Your focus will be on meeting station goals during the respective execution week, and you will work closely with all departments to develop scopes, plans, and estimates for maintenance activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Develop comprehensive work instructions that guide all site and vendor workgroups in executing corrective maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications. Conduct field assessments to identify and analyze maintenance activities.
- Lead and coordinate the detailed schedule development for the assigned workweek.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory compliance during the execution of the assigned workweek schedule while managing risks in line with station protocols.
- Provide guidance to all departments, managers, supervisors, and project managers in preparing and executing schedules.
- Direct schedule execution to achieve key performance indicators for the Work Management Process.
- Manage urgent work priorities for the assigned workweek.
- Analyze scheduling performance data and prepare weekly performance reports to facilitate the development of corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop members of the work management team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or
- Associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in an exempt-level role, or
- High school diploma with 10+ years of experience and 5 years in an exempt-level role.
- At least 3 years of experience in power plant operations and/or maintenance.
- Proficient in using P3, Passport, Impromptu, and various Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set work priorities, and achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Previous experience in plant modification engineering, design, installation, and testing.
- Experience across multiple sites and departments.
- Ability to learn and utilize P3 for schedule development.
