Engage directly with senior management as you will report to the CFO, providing you with valuable exposure and insights.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside the Accounts Receivable clerk, as well as the sales and customer service departments.

While you will be familiar with various tasks such as processing credit card transactions and submitting invoices through customer portals, this position also entails international responsibilities across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all collection activities
  • Contact accounts with overdue balances
  • Process credit card transactions efficiently
  • Submit sales invoices through diverse customer platforms
  • Investigate and resolve short payment issues
  • Collaborate with collection agencies when necessary
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to create credit memos
  • Review and approve credit review orders

If you have experience in these areas, even if it’s just for a year, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience (an associate's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Office)
  • Experience with ERP systems (RB-ERP is a plus)
  • A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
