**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at Soliant as a Registered Behavior Technician. The successful candidate will work with students with autism spectrum disorders, providing behavior support and implementing individualized educational plans.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behaviors
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEP)
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in a special education classroom or 1:1 setting

**Requirements:**

  • Active RBT certification from the BACB
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or behavioral science
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities
