Job Title: QA Analyst

Job Summary:

The Judge Group is seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by developing and maintaining test scenarios, utilizing automation software, and thoroughly testing software to ensure proper operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test scenarios and end-user test scripts to verify new functionality performs as designed and meets customer needs.
  • Utilize automation software and implement automation best practices.
  • Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operations, document all problems, and work to resolve.
  • Responsible for ensuring software releases and documentation meet requirements, are installed correctly, and executed with quality.
  • Responsible for creating and executing regression testing, test plans, and performing the builds of applications.
  • Assemble and build software project plans.
  • Communicate with customers (internal and external) regarding installation issues and software defects.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Prefer degree in Computer Information System or MIS.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a QA/UAT Analyst role.
  • Ability to maintain and run automation scripts.
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy - ability to transform end-user requirements into system and end-user test cases.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various business systems and processes as well as testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem-solving environments and ability to think outside the box in order to ensure testing is thorough.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative in researching problems and proposing solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks and coordinate migrations and/or calls with stakeholders in various time zones after hours.
