About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at one of our partner facilities in Saint Louis, Missouri. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the chance to collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray and fluoroscopy machines, to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Technologist, preferably in an interventional radiology setting.
- Certifications: ARRT (R) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to emergencies.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
