Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for an immediate travel opportunity in Southlake, TX. As a Physical Therapist with Travel Nurse Across America, you will have the chance to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop plans of care for patients in the acute care setting
  • Oversee and support Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy technicians
  • Bill and document patient care according to facility guidelines
  • Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care
  • Modify plans of care as needed based on patient condition
  • Use medical center computer systems to perform daily tasks
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • BLS and state-specific licensing
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Please note that additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
