Role Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving shipments, restocking inventory, tracking stock levels, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and clean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and sign for deliveries of company products.
• Organize and replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory checks and reorder supplies as needed.
• Package and process customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery for transporting heavy items.
• Deliver products to clients and customers.
• Resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
• Assist customer service in addressing shipment-related inquiries.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, reporting any damages.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Provide updates to management regarding inventory and shipment statuses.
• Develop innovative methods for product storage and shipping.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification for operating forklifts or heavy machinery is necessary.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of staff.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying instructions and suggestions.
• Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies in orders.
• Strong customer service skills for managing customer complaints.
• Physical and mental capability to operate heavy machinery.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Effective time management skills.
• Familiarity with computer ordering systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer systems as needed.
• Creative thinking for efficient inventory organization.
