We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

• Greeting and Engaging with Members: Greet every member who enters the studio with a smile and enthusiasm, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Presenting Our Concept: Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our fitness programs.
• Front Desk Operations: Work at our front desk, answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks.
• Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, highlighting our facilities and services.
• Introductory Workouts: Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Sales and Membership: Sell memberships and promote our fitness programs to help drive studio growth and success.
• Follow-up and Support: Follow up with prospective clients and provide support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and objective manner.
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
