Job Title: Manufacturing Planner

At Apollo Professional Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
  • Develop tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
  • Manage tools from initial design to end of use disposition.
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
  • Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
  • Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
  • Draft, update, and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing professional/technical writing skills and teaming successfully to solve technical issues.
  • Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of manufacturing planning experience, 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment, and 737NG platform experience.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires 100% on-site work. A Secret clearance is required post-start. The successful candidate must be able to ascend and descend aircraft entry stairs. Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
