About This RoleThis Senior Operations Program Lead position is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of key programs and projects within Xometry. As a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company goals.
Duties- Develop and manage project plans that meet customer and internal requirements.
- Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver products, quality, and budget objectives.
- Define and execute program initiatives to drive quality, delivery, and financial performance, providing hands-on support as needed.
- Evaluate and manage program execution, escalating issues effectively.
- Partner with customers and functional teams in program problem-solving.
- Communicate program status through regular reporting and customer or internal reviews.
- Utilize data management systems, including Xometry ERP, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, purchasing systems, financial systems, and tooling and capital tracking systems.
- Document programs according to Xometry and customer requirements, including Xometry ERP and ASANA or other project management tools.
- Manage outcomes, focusing on flawless launch metrics: customer experience, program timeline adherence, delivery and quality objectives, and program financial results.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Multitasking team player with a hands-on approach.
- Broad general experience in manufacturing, specifically CNC/Sheet Metal/Stamping/Die Casting/Extrusions.
- Strong facilitator and problem solver.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Willingsness to travel to manufacturing and customer locations.
- Experience in facilitating technical/manufacturing/engineering problem-solving, leveraging expertise from key stakeholders.
- PMP Certificate is preferred under Qualifications.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
