Multisystemic Therapist

Home of the Innocents is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our team. As an In-Home Family Therapist in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, you will work with at-risk youth ages 12–17 years old and their families in their homes, schools, and local communities.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to families in their homes and communities
• Collaborate with schools and community agencies to support the needs of at-risk youth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each family
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide training and education to families on evidence-based practices and family systems

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area
• Eligibility for professional licensure or certification in KY (CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, LPATA, LPA, etc.)
• Strong clinical skills with emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practices & Family Systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc. in the state of KY preferred
