Valet Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure parking of guest vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Direct and supervise a team of valets to ensure efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
• Manage all keys and valet tickets, coordinate schedules, and resolve guest issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Several years of valet experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong guest relations and people skills.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
