Position: Electromechanical Assembly Technician

Compensation: $22/hr + Depending on Experience

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overview of the Role:

The Technician will engage in the light assembly of electromechanical parts and pressure vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct team members on the production floor according to established procedures and schematics.
  • Execute transactions within the ERP system, including inventory management and finalizing Work Orders.
  • Ensure completion of daily production targets as outlined by the supervisor or lead worker.
  • Identify and report safety concerns to management while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and quality standards, reporting any inconsistencies to management.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in Shipping and Receiving.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and possess strong keyboard skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Physical requirements include standing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Compensation Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
