RehabCare is looking for a motivated, innovative, and results-driven Registered Nurse to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our services and advancing our mission of improving the well-being of our patients.

Full Time Days, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7am-7pm

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed.
  • Communicating any changes in patients' clinical conditions to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and colleagues as appropriate.
  • Engaging in the discharge planning process to ensure continuity of care.

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will be expected to possess:

  • A degree from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS Certification.
  • ACLS certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric environment.
