Compensation and Benefits:

Your Role as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor:

This position is designed to provide exceptional oversight of our licensed therapy assistants and/or CFY-SLPs, ensuring they deliver effective interventions to the families we serve, ultimately helping children achieve their developmental goals.

As a vital part of Children's Therapy Network, our clinical team is responsible for delivering outstanding care through quality therapy services. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance our clients' functional abilities while educating patients, families, and caregivers on effective support strategies.

Expectations for Our Supervising Speech Language Pathologist:

  • Provide exemplary supervision and mentorship to ensure our licensed assistants and CFY-SLPs meet the following standards:
  • Achieve 95% positive feedback on customer satisfaction surveys conducted randomly
  • Meet 80% of proposed goals upon re-evaluation
  • Ensure 100% of billable hours are fulfilled as per individual employment agreements
  • Maintain 90% or higher attendance rate for scheduled hours
  • Complete 100% of daily documentation within 24 hours of patient interaction
  • Finalize all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation promptly after patient visits.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and an active SLP license in California
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy is highly desirable
