Peninsula Cleaning Service, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Part-Time Floor Maintenance Technician. This position involves collaborating with our Floor Team to ensure cleanliness in various commercial facilities across the Hampton Roads area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks in commercial buildings.
  • Engage in floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and buffing.
  • Execute specialized tasks such as stripping and waxing floors, as well as carpet cleaning.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial floor maintenance within commercial or medical environments.
  • Proficiency in floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
Work Schedule

This part-time position requires availability for evening shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend work.
